Diagnostic Imaging and Cost Transparency
Pure Cardiology is committed to transparent, fair pricing for all diagnostic services. Our self-pay rates are designed to reflect actual operating costs, without the markups often seen in hospital or corporate imaging centers.
For members, imaging services are integrated into a coordinated care model that allows for streamlined scheduling, reduced administrative overhead, and continuity of clinical interpretation. Non-member rates reflect standard self-pay pricing for patients who are not enrolled in the practice.
Medicare and Insurance Notice
Pure Cardiology is a participating provider with Medicare. When a diagnostic test is deemed medically necessary and covered by Medicare, we will submit a claim on your behalf in accordance with Medicare billing guidelines.
Please note:
- Coverage determinations are made by Medicare and other insurers, not by Pure Cardiology.
- Patients are responsible for any applicable deductibles, coinsurance, or non-covered services.
- Self-pay rates apply when a service is not covered or when a patient elects to pay out-of-pocket.
The monthly membership fee covers non-covered services such as extended consultations, secure digital access, care coordination, and enhanced preventive care planning. It does not replace or offset insurance coverage for billable medical services or diagnostic testing.
