90 minutes with your integrative cardiologist including an extensive medical history, physical examination, advanced laboratory testing and InBody570 body composition analysis.
Medication and Supplement “Audit”
An Integrative pharmacist, will complete a full evaluation of your current medications. Are they all necessary? Are they all safe? Are there any less expensive alternatives? We push health, not pills.
Exercise/ Mobility Assessment and Plan
Extensive in-office functional movement evaluation by either a Doctor of Chiropractic, physical therapist or certified strength and conditioning coach in order to determine your exercise readiness and to formulate a personalized exercise program.
Health Optimatization Plannng session
60 minutes with your integrative cardiologist to review and discuss the results of your Comprehensive Integrative Health Assessment and personalized health optimization plan.

PRIVATE COOKING LESSON
Dr. Stephenson will review the fundamentals of healthy cooking and provide you with a private cooking lesson, nutrition education and meal planning in our on-site teaching kitchen. Healthy food is the best medicine!
WEIGHT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
We will work with you to determine your optimal body weight and composition, select an appropriate meal plan, provide you with instruction on how to prepare healthy meals and keep you motivated.
INFORMATIVE SEMINARS AND MEMBER OUTINGS
You will be invited to join Dr. Stephenson on “walk and talks” at local parks and to the Pure Cardiology office to discuss a range of healthy lifestyle topics.
